Our Minion of the week is Darcy. He has be an excellent role model in class and has stepped up when needed. Well done mate!

Gardening with Space 3

Today we worked together with Space 3 and planted some new fruit trees in our garden. We are glad the weather held off and cannot wait to see how big they grow over the next few years!

Space 15's minion of the week is Jayden. Jayden has tried really hard with his learning lately and it is encouraging to see him eager to improve. Well done Jayden!

This last week and a bit we have had lots of fun learning valuable swimming skills at the Aquatic Centre!

Writer of the Week: A day in the life of a cow

Shawney is our writer of the week. Here is her work below :) I wake early in the morning at 6 am. I drag my cold hooves through the tall green grass to the milking shed. The suction cups grab my udder. It's time for milking. They squeeze my udder like a massage. Once we have finished our first milking we slowly trot off to a new paddock where we munch on some tasty grass. At 3 pm after we have finished eating it was time for our second milking. The suction cups reached up to my udder for the second time of the day. At 5 pm it's time to finish chewing my cud and slowly drift off to sleep.
